Baba Ghanush

Ingredients: eggplant, olive oil, spices (garlic, caraway seeds, paprika, sesame seeds - what was found in the closet).

The process itself. We keep the washed and cut eggplants in cold water for a while, then dry them and place them with a “soft belly” down on a baking sheet in a heated oven. After half an hour, as they soften, take out, cool, remove the skin and puree. Mix seasonings with oil, mix with eggplant puree and send it all to the refrigerator for an hour.
