1. Choose good bread.

Use delicious cheeses: do not forget about mozzarella, blue cheeses (Roquefort, Gorgonzola, brie), smoked cheeses (provolone), roasting (halloumi) and warming cheeses, aged cheeses (parmesan), cheeses with additives (wasabi, herbs), cream cheeses (Philadelphia), suluguni, feta.

Choose "light" meat. Add only one fatty ingredient. Vegetables are a must.

Vegetables are a must. Tomatoes and cucumbers, salad - most often used in sandwiches. Denser vegetables can be stewed in a pan (zucchini, eggplant, peppers), avocado. Remember the steams! 4. Assembly order

  • Spread the sauce on the bread, preferably both

  • Avoid stacking slippery ingredients next to each other. For example, don't put the lettuce next to the sauce and the tomato next to the cucumber.
  • Hide small ingredients in larger ones.

5. Spreading
