  3. Chops are first immersed in a fermented milk product, then rolled in wheat flour on all sides.

Ingredients: 3 kilos of beef on the bone, onion, half a chicken carcass, 2 carrots, salt, a handful of peppercorns, garlic.

  1. Pieces of beef on the bone are first soaked in cold water for 5 - 6 hours, then washed and sent to cook together with half a chicken carcass.
  2. Pepper, peeled carrots and onion in the husk are also added to the pan.
