Broccoli and cheese omelet for breakfast

1. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. In the meantime, let's get down to cooking, so to speak, blanched cabbage. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat. Separate the broccoli into an inflorescence, rinse and put in a pan, salt, sprinkle with black and red pepper, add finely chopped garlic and fry for a couple of minutes.


2. Then pour 2-3 tablespoons of water, close the lid and simmer until the cabbage softens slightly, about 5-8 minutes. In theory, broccoli cooks very quickly. Remove from heat and let cool.

3. In a separate bowl, beat all the eggs. You can also add salt to the egg mixture to taste. Pour the egg mixture into a skillet over the cooled broccoli and transfer to the oven.


4. At first, cook for a few short minutes, until the eggs set slightly. Then sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake again for another 7-10 minutes.

5. When ready, as soon as the surface of the cheese is covered with a light appetizing crust, take it out of the iron cabinet and additionally sprinkle the hot food with hard grated cheese
