Make sure that there are no pieces or lumps left; the dough should be homogeneous and slightly liquid. Heat up the frying pan and pour in the same amount of batter as for pancakes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons whole grain flour;
  • 400 grams of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • 1 egg;
  • Stevia to taste.

Combine cottage cheese with eggs and flour. We clean the bananas and turn them into puree in a blender. Mix bananas with curd mass. Mix well. Then we put our dough into a baking dish and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Make sure that the cake does not burn, but only gets a golden brown crust. Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas;
  • 300 grams of low-fat kefir;
  • 40 grams of honey.

Peel the bananas and crush them with a fork, it is advisable to achieve a puree without lumps. Add kefir and honey to the banana and beat with a blender until smooth.   4. Pour gelatin into 0.5 cups of water and leave it to swell for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Peel the kiwi and cut into cubes. Combine kiwi, lemon juice and sugar.
  6. Heat everything over medium heat for 2-3 minutes so that the kiwis release their juice, then cool.
  7. Pour gelatin and yogurt into the resulting mass. Mix everything well.
  8. Place 1-2 chopped bananas on the crust. Then pour the yogurt mixture over everything and put it in the freezer or refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
  9. Remove the finished cake from the mold and carefully remove the parchment.

    For the glaze, mix all ingredients and cook over low heat until smooth (not long).
  8. Cut the cooled sponge cake into 2-3 cake layers (I got 3, removed the “cap” from the top one and cut it into cubes).
  9. Cut bananas into thin slices.
  10. Grease the bottom and middle cake with cream, layer with bananas, stack on top of each other. Grease the top crust, but do not add bananas.
  11. Mix the biscuit cubes with the cream and place on top. Drizzle with glaze as desired.

Leave to soak for 2 hours or more.

  5. Place the pie base in the oven for 20 minutes. While the pie is baking, use the remaining 3 egg whites and half a glass of sugar to make airy cream. You need to beat the whites thoroughly and for a long time to get everything right, about 10 minutes.

You will need:

  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp. l. flour
  • 2 tsp. starch
  • a pinch of vanillin
  • 2 yolks
  • 14 pcs. easy-to-soak biscuits
  • 2 bananas

Preparation:

  • First, heat the milk, but do not bring it to a boil.
  • Beat the yolks separately and pour in about a quarter of the heated milk. Beat further.
  • Mix sugar, flour, starch and vanilla in a saucepan with the remaining milk.
  • Cook, stirring, over medium heat until the mixture thickens. After this, remove from the heat and let the pudding cool, covered.

  • 5 bananas
  • 850 g canned pineapples
  • 25 g coconut flakes
  • juice of 1–2 lemons
