Cooking method:
1.Cut the chicken breast into cubes, peel the celery into slices. Cut the grapes into halves, finely chop the pistachios.
2.In a salad bowl, combine chicken with celery, grapes and half the pistachios. Season with salt and mayonnaise. Top the salad with the remaining pistachios.

CHICKEN SALAD WITH GRAPEFRUIT
Products:
For 300 grams of smoked chicken meat: 1.5 cups of boiled rice; 1 grapefruit; 50-100 grams of pine nuts; 1 bunch of green salad; 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise; 2 tablespoons sour cream; greenery; ground black pepper; salt.
Cooking method:
1. Cut the smoked chicken meat into cubes. Peel the grapefruit, divide into slices, remove the membranes and cut the pulp into small pieces.
2. Wash the green salad leaves, dry and chop finely.
3. Combine smoked chicken, rice, grapefruit, pine nuts and green salad in a salad bowl. Salt, pepper, season with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix everything. Serve sprinkled with chopped herbs.

SALAD with SMOKED CHICKEN and MANGO
Products:
For 1 smoked breast: 1 mango; 1/2 celery root; 1 bunch of green salad; 1 jar of natural yogurt without additives; 100 grams of mayonnaise; 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice; 1/2 teaspoon curry; 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts.
Cooking method:
1. Cut the mango in half, remove the pit, peel, and cut the pulp into large strips. Tear the salad with your hands. Cut the chicken and celery into small strips, add mango and lettuce.
2.Mix yogurt with mayonnaise, orange juice and curry. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.

Preparing a salad with smoked meat


1. Remove the pickles from the brine, place in a sieve and leave for 5-10 minutes to drain all the liquid. Then cut them into cubes about 5–7 mm in size.


2. Cut the smoked chicken meat into small pieces. You can use any chicken meat you like: breasts, thighs, legs, or buy a whole chicken. But in this case, you will need to remove the skin, because... It's not needed in the salad.


3. Boil the eggs hard. Then cool them in ice water, peel them and cut them into small cubes. Try to ensure that all products are cut the same size, then the salad will look more beautiful.


4. Wash the green onions, dry and finely chop.


5. Place all products in a deep bowl and pour in mayonnaise.


6. Mix the ingredients well and taste the salad. If there is not enough salt, add it. But perhaps it will not be needed, because... salt, pickles and smoked meat will be enough. Therefore, salt the dish at the very end of cooking.
