Ingredients:

  • red seedless grapes – 200 g

  • curdled milk – 0.25 cups

  • ground pepper

Ingredients:

  • chicken meat – 850 g
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • grapes – 200 g

Boil chicken meat in lightly salted water until fully cooked. Let cool and cut into small pieces of approximately equal size.

Cut the avocado (if you don’t know what to cook from avocado, read here) into two parts, remove the large central pit with a spoon. Grind the pulp.

Cut the grapes (preferably large red ones) in half and remove the seeds. Peel the tangerines, divide into individual slices and cut into cubes. Combine all ingredients.

Season with a mixture of olive mayonnaise, cream, dry red wine and orange juice. Add a pinch of salt or other spices to taste. Line a salad bowl with green lettuce leaves, on which place the almost cooked salad.

Grape and cabbage salad – “Romanian”

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower – 150 g
  • fresh tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • raisin grapes - 1 cup
  • sour cream (cream) – 50 g
  • green salad – 4 leaves
  • salt.

Boil the cauliflower, cool and divide into individual florets. Then chop finely. Cut the tomatoes into slices, cucumbers into thin strips.

Carelessly tear the green salad into small pieces with your hands. Combine all prepared ingredients. Add whole raisin grapes (seedless).

Ingredients for Thai salad:

  • beef – 550 g
  • black grapes – 190 g
  • chili pepper - 3 pcs.

  • mint - 2 sprigs

  • lime zest

Fry beef meat (read how to prepare beef salads) on each side for 2-3 minutes (original thai recipe suggests medium-done meat). After frying, leave the meat for 15 minutes, then cut into thin strips.

Next you should prepare the sauce. Peel the chili pepper and remove the seeds. Pass the garlic cloves through a press, and chop the cilantro, mint and lemon balm with a knife. Mix everything, adding Thai fish sauce, freshly squeezed lime juice, granulated sugar. Mix thoroughly.

Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds. Finely chop the ginger and lettuce and combine with the grapes and fried beef. Stir and pour over the sauce. Garnish the salad with toasted sesame seeds and onion rings.

Salad with walnuts and grapes – “Eastern Bazaar”

Ingredients:

  • bulgur - 1 cup
  • red grapes - 1 glass
  • stem celery - 3 pcs.
  • chopped walnuts - 0.5 cups
  • parsley
  • shallots - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • raisin grapes – 0.5 cups
  • nut butter - 3 tbsp. spoons
