Since the dough for this pie is prepared very quickly, first prepare the ingredients for the filling

Cut a large onion into small cubes, chop a small bunch of green onions, and finely chop the greens, in my case dill and parsley.

I use tuna as a fish base for our pie. own juice, but you can take absolutely any canned fish, as well as any raw, boiled or smoked fish.

Drain the juice from the canned food and lightly mash the fish with a fork.

We will grate the raw potatoes last so that they do not darken.

Let's start preparing the dough

Place mayonnaise, sour cream in a deep bowl, add eggs, add a little salt and mix everything well.

Separately pour into sifted flour baking powder, mix, and add the resulting mixture in small portions to the liquid base, mixing well each time.

For now, put it aside and grate the potatoes into coarse grater.

All products are prepared

We will bake the pie in an oval pan, measuring 23x33 cm.

Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with vegetable oil or melted butter.

Pour half of the prepared dough into the bottom of the mold and distribute it evenly.

Place half of the grated potatoes on the dough and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle half the chopped onions and half the green onions on top of the potatoes and spread the fish in an even layer.

Sprinkle the remaining fish on top onions, sliced green onions, herbs and grated potatoes.

Sprinkle the filling with salt and pepper, fill the pie with the remaining dough and distribute it over the surface of the mold.

The pie is ready for baking, place it in an oven preheated to 170°C (338°F) and bake for 50-60 minutes.

You need to make sure that the cake is baked evenly on all sides; for this purpose I use a glass refractory pan.

It took me 60 minutes to bake the pie, it is completely ready, we take it out of the oven.
