Cooking steps

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces into a saucepan, add water, salt and boil until tender (for 25-30 minutes).

When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and mash the potatoes.

Add grated potatoes to coarse grater cheese, chopped dill, ground black pepper to taste.
