Hello, my dear readers. Today I prepared a dessert with a surprise - chocolate pie with curd balls. This is the perfect way to feed children this useful product, like cottage cheese and at the same time save on buying sweets for tea.

The base of the pie is chocolate biscuit dough, which gently envelops, enveloping in its arms, fragrant snow-white curd-coconut balls. The tea and lemon soak gives the dessert a subtle note of sourness, softening the bitterness of the chocolate and highlighting the sweetness of the curd filling.

I think it's delicious and hearty dish It will appeal not only to children, but also to adults. The preparation process is easy and does not take much time, and the result, with correct delivery, will look decent even on the holiday table.

For those who want to add a piece of their individuality to a chocolate pie and make it unique, I suggest you get creative: You can add a whole nut or dried fruit to the middle of each curd ball, decorate the top of the product with icing, powdered sugar, cream or top with your favorite jam.

Now let's move on to preparing this wonderful dessert...

Nutritional value of the dish per 100 grams.

BJU: 9/10/22.

Kcal: 202.

GI: average.

AI: high.

Cooking time: 15 minutes (active) + 30 minutes (in the oven) + 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Number of servings: 5 servings (1000 g).

Ingredients of the dish.

  • Baking flour (first grade) - 90 g (6 tbsp).
  • Potato starch - 60 g (6 tbsp).
  • Egg - 4 pcs.
  • Sugar - 80 g (5 tbsp).
  • Baking powder - 5 g (1/2 tsp).
  • Cocoa - 10 g (1 tbsp).
  • Bitter chocolate - 45 g (1/2 bar).
  • Friable low-fat cottage cheese - 250 g.
  • Vanillin - 1.5 g (1 sachet).
  • Butter (for greasing the mold) - 5-10 g.
  • Coconut flakes - 50 g.
  • Water - 200 ml (1 tbsp).
  • Salt - 1 g (at the tip of a knife).
  • Black tea bag - 1 pc.
  • Lemon - 20 g.

Recipe.

Prepare the ingredients. Wheat flour, sift starch and cocoa, this will give the dough more airiness. Brew a mug of strong black tea with lemon.

Separate the yolks from the whites of two eggs.

First, let's prepare the curd balls. In a deep bowl, mix cottage cheese (250 g), two yolks, 3 tbsp starch (you can use any starch), vanillin - 1.5 g and 1 tbsp sugar.

Bring the mixture until smooth (I used a blender).

Pour into a container with curd filling coconut flakes (if you are not a fan of coconut, you can replace it with 2 tablespoons of semolina and let the mixture brew for 15 minutes until the cereal swells). Mix everything thoroughly.

Grease a baking dish (I have a diameter of 20 cm) with butter, from curd mass Make (preferably with wet hands) balls with a diameter of 3-5 cm and place them evenly on the bottom of the dish.

Now let's start cooking biscuit dough. First, let's make solid chocolate liquid: put a saucepan with water on the stove (for a water bath), bring it to a boil over maximum heat, then reduce the heat to medium, place a second saucepan (smaller in diameter) with chocolate on top of the first one and heat it, stirring occasionally . If you come across a low-quality product and the chocolate breaks up into small lumps during the heating process, don’t be upset, add a little butter(10-20 g) and stir.

Set the oven to warm up to 180-200 C.

Beat two eggs into a bowl, add two whites (left over from the curd filling) and the remaining sugar. Stir until a homogeneous fluffy mass of yellow-cream color is formed.

Without ceasing to work with a whisk, pour the dry ingredients of the dough into the egg-sugar mixture (flour - 6 tbsp, starch - 3 tbsp, cocoa - 1 tbsp, baking powder - 1/2 tsp, salt - on the tip of a knife ). Thoroughly whisk the ingredients until smooth.

Add liquid chocolate to the bowl.

Mix the dough until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the mold, trying to cover each curd ball.

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180-200 C for 30-35 minutes (it’s better not to open the oven, otherwise the dough will fall off). After the time has passed, we check the readiness with a toothpick (pierce the biscuit with it and remove it from it; if the stick remains dry, you can remove the pan from the oven).

Leave the finished product in the mold for 10-15 minutes to cool (do not touch it, the dough is still subject to change and may fall off). Then we pierce the biscuit with a toothpick (15-20 times) along the entire perimeter and soak it with black tea and lemon. As it cools, the dessert will absorb all the liquid like a sponge and become juicy and aromatic.

To my taste, the combination of cottage cheese and coconut tastes better when chilled, so I recommend putting our chocolate pie in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

It is better to cut the dessert in the middle of the curd balls, so on the cut in the middle chocolate biscuit white circles will appear, revealing the secret of this dish.

On top of the cake you can pour icing from butter (40 g) and the remaining (from a whole bar) chocolate (45 g), brought to a liquid state in a water bath, as well as another sweet ingredient: berry jam, jam, condensed milk or fruit syrup.

Bon appetit!

For chocolate lovers! The products are the simplest, the process easy cooking, and curd balls turn an ordinary pie into a little pleasure. This pie always works for everyone.

Compound:

Glass – 200 ml, shape – Ø 22 cm

Chocolate pie:

  • 1 cup (heaped) wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder or carob (you get a pronounced chocolate taste, if this is not for you, add less cocoa)
  • 50 ml vegetable oil (unscented)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 packet (10 g) baking powder

Curd balls:

  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp. spoon (not heaped) cornstarch

How to make chocolate pie with curd balls:

  1. Making cottage cheese balls. Grind the cottage cheese with sugar (I do this with a simple masher).

    Grind the cottage cheese

  2. Add starch and coconut flakes. Mix. The mass should be thick.
  3. Make it a little smaller walnut. The balls are easy to mold, but at the same time they are quite dense.

  4. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  5. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients for the dough: sifted flour, baking powder, cocoa, sugar. Stir and pour in warm milk. Stir again. Add sunflower oil and mix everything well with a whisk until the dough becomes homogeneous. The dough turns out liquid.

  6. Line the mold with baking paper, place the curd balls on it, and pour the chocolate dough on top. It is better to take a mold measuring 22 cm. This time I used 25 cm, so the cake turned out lower and the balls were far apart. If the shape is 22 cm, this is ideal, the pie will look like a cake and the cut balls will look more interesting.

  7. Bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes, and then reduce to 180 °C. I baked the pie for 30 minutes, and if the shape is 22 cm, it will take about 40 minutes. Of course, it’s better to use your oven as a guide. Leave the finished pie in the pan until it cools.

Biscuit with curd balls

Pie with curd balls recipe with photo. Chocolate with curd balls will appeal to chocolate lovers. Well, very chocolatey and very delicious pie. Try it!

For the curd balls you will need:

  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • You can add coconut flakes, but I did it without it and it still turned out delicious.

For the test you will need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 60 grams of sugar
  • Half a bar of dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pack of vanilla
  • pinch of salt

How to make chocolate cake:

First, let's make the curd balls. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve.

Add egg and sugar, mix thoroughly. If you want, add coconut flakes, but it turned out just as tasty without it.

Roll into balls with your hands and put them in a separate container for now; you can put them in the refrigerator.

Chocolate pie. Dough

Now let's start the test. Separate the yolks from the whites and pour them into different containers. Add half the amount of sugar to the yolks and beat until white.

We begin to beat the whites. Do not pour out all the sugar at once, you need to add it in small portions, only the whites will beat better. I did this: I poured the whites into a bowl, added a pinch of salt (salt makes the whites whip even better) and beat with a mixer until a little foam appears. Then I added a little sugar and continued to beat, after a while I added more sugar, beat, and after another time I added the remaining sugar and beat until a strong, stable foam appeared.

Melt the chocolate and add it to the whipped yolks. Now we need to combine the beaten yolks and whites. We do this carefully, add the yolks into the whites in portions and mix very carefully, slowly.

Pour flour, starch, baking powder, vanillin and cocoa into a separate cup. Mix everything together with a spoon.

Now sift into the protein-chocolate mixture, do it gradually, and not all at once, and mix the mass very carefully.

The result should be a mixture similar in consistency to thick sour cream.

All that remains is to bake ours chocolate pie. You can bake both in the oven and in a slow cooker. In both cases, grease the baking container with butter. Then pour the dough and place the curd balls on top, slightly deepening them into the dough. That's it. Place in the oven to bake for about 1 hour at 180 degrees, check for doneness with a toothpick. If you bake in a multicooker, then set the “Baking” mode for 50 minutes.

Ready! Enjoy your tea!

I came across this recipe in different variations - ready pie can be glazed with some kind of fondant, can be boiled custard, or leave it as is, without cream. You can make the dough two-color if you divide it into two parts, add chocolate to one, and not to the second. In this case, first pour one part of the dough into the baking dish (any part of the dough, at your discretion), then place the curd balls and fill with the second part of the dough. In a word, fantasize! Every housewife can have different options the same pie! Good luck and enjoy your tea!

Cottage cheese and chocolate dough are a great combination. One such example is a delicious and juicy chocolate brownie with cottage cheese and cherries on kefir. One more thing interesting dish- This is a chocolate pie with curd balls. Step by step recipe with the photo below tells in detail how to prepare it. This pie combines an original cottage cheese filling and delicious chocolate dough. The glaze prepared with kefir gives the product a pleasant taste and juiciness.

How to make chocolate pie with curd balls - recipe with photos step by step

Before you start preparing the chocolate cheesecake cake, you need to prepare all the products listed in the list of ingredients. It is advisable to take fatty dairy products: sour cream - 20-25% fat content, cottage cheese - at least 9% and kefir - 3.2%. You can also add vanillin or vanilla sugar to the cottage cheese.

First of all, you need to make curd balls. To do this, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar, egg, coconut and starch. If you like a sweet combination chocolate dough and the sour taste of cottage cheese, then you don’t need to add sugar. You can leave some coconut flakes for decoration.

Grind everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then from this curd dough you need to make balls about 2-2.5 cm in diameter. Place them on a flat plate and place in the freezer for about half an hour. This must be done so that the balls do not lose their shape during baking.

The butter must be taken out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft enough by the time of cooking. Beat the eggs with sugar, then add sour cream and softened butter, then stir everything well.

Sift flour and cocoa into the liquid mixture and mix everything thoroughly again.

Line the pan with baking paper and grease the bottom and sides of the pan with a thin layer of butter. Place the curd balls evenly along the bottom.

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. Carefully pour the prepared dough into the balls, distributing it evenly throughout the entire mold.

Place the pan in the oven for 45 minutes. After the pie is baked, you still need to keep it in the oven for 10 minutes with the heat off and the door ajar. Then remove the mold from oven and let the pie cool.

While the cake is cooling, you can prepare the chocolate frosting. To do this, pour kefir into a small saucepan, add sugar, cocoa and butter. Place the pan over low heat and, stirring, heat the mixture to a boil until the butter and sugar are completely dissolved.

After cooling, the chocolate pie with curd filling should be transferred to a dish and covered with chocolate glaze on all sides. The top of the pie can be sprinkled with the reserved coconut shavings.

We wish everyone bon appetit!
