How to cook pork with pineapples in the oven

Cut a piece of pork approximately 1-1.5 cm wide. Beat the meat a little with a hammer, but not too much; it’s not chops. If you beat the meat too thin, it will turn out dry. Season the meat with salt and spices on both sides; do not skimp on the spices, otherwise it will turn out tasteless. Place the pork in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.

Place pineapple rings on top.

Lubricate the pineapples with a thick layer of sour cream or mayonnaise, I chose sour cream. Just make sure that it is not too sour.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it on top. Don't skimp on the cheese. Then you will have a very tasty cheese crust. Place in a preheated oven to bake for 20 minutes at 200C.

Remove the dish from the oven and serve hot. You can decorate with leaves of fresh herbs or put olives in the middle of the rings. You can serve mashed potatoes as a side dish or nothing at all, as it turns out very satisfying. Bon appetit!

You can also cook the dish under foil for the first 15 minutes - the effect will be about the same. Send the meat to bake in an oven preheated to 220-230 degrees. After 5-7 minutes, reduce the heat to 180 degrees. Continue baking until done (about half an hour). Serve the dish hot.

Cut the washed and dried meat into squares with a side of about 4 cm. Remove excess fat and veins as you cut.


Peel the pineapple. Remove the tough core. Cut the pulp into small neat pieces. If you don’t have fresh pineapple, use canned pineapple; this will have a slight effect on the taste of the meat.


Crush the garlic into a pulp or chop with a knife. Pour into a bowl. Add pepper.


Pour in soy sauce. No salt is used in this recipe, since the marinade will already be moderately salty. If you used pineapples in syrup when preparing the dish, you can add it to the marinade. Literally a few tablespoons. It caramelizes during baking, giving the pork a delicious, glossy crust.
