You will need:
800g canned pineapples, 500g wheat flour, 350g sugar, 300g natural yoghurt, 150g butter, 120g coconut flakes, 80g vanilla sugar, 4 eggs, 2 tsp. baking powder, ½ tsp. cinnamon, cardamom.

How to make Pineapple Yogurt Coconut Cake:

Beat separately egg whites and yolks. Add sugar to them, beat again separately, then mix, pour in yogurt, mix again. Add flour, baking powder, cardamom and cinnamon, knead the dough, add half the coconut flakes - the consistency of the dough should be like pancakes.
