  • Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon;
  • Dried basil – 3 pinches;
  • Ground black pepper;
  • Salt.

How to cook chicken breast with apples and cheese in the oven

If we buy breast with skin and bones for cooking, we remove the skin using a sharp knife. Using a long knife, make a cut near the central bone in one direction and cut the fillet along the bone. Remove fat and veins from the piece. We wash the meat, place it on a paper towel and cover to remove excess moisture.

We make deep longitudinal cuts (5-6 pieces) along the entire surface, from the side where the skin was, but do not cut through the meat completely. The filling will hold well in the pockets formed.

  • 80-100 g Dutch cheese;
  • Salt;
  • Ground black pepper;

  • 4 tablespoons of homemade mayonnaise.

I make mayonnaise by mixing 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 1/3 teaspoon of paste mustard, 0.5 tablespoon of olive oil (you can also use aromatic sunflower oil), 1 teaspoon lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper. The result is a sauce that is perfect for replacing store-bought mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 450 g;
  • onion (large) – 1 pc.;
  • fragrant apples– 2 pcs.;
  • green leaves – 4 -5 pcs.;
  • a mixture of peppers and salt - to taste;
  • sunflower oil– 40 ml.

Preparation

We wash the chicken fillet in plenty of cold clean water and then dry it with a waffle towel. Grind into not very small pieces, which we fry in a Teflon frying pan in refined oil. Next, add the chopped onion and continue cooking until the vegetable is transparent. Now add small slices of apples, sprinkle everything with a mixture of peppers, fine salt, and also add finely chopped basil. Having mixed the contents of the frying pan, cover it with a suitable lid and, reducing the heat to a minimum, simmer our delicious dish about 15 minutes.

  • chicken fillet – 800 g;
  • – 2 teaspoons;
  • apples – 3 pcs.;
  • “Russian” cheese - 220 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • heavy cream – 180 ml;
  • sunflower oil – 1 tbsp. spoon.

Preparation

Cut each piece of chicken fillet into lengthwise pieces. Place the meat cut in this way into a deep bowl, sprinkle it with chicken seasoning and gently mix everything by hand. Pressing tightly against each other, place all the chicken pieces on a wide, oiled baking sheet, and arrange thinly and evenly sliced ​​thick apple slices on them. Cover the entire surface of the dish with grated “Russian” cheese. In a blender bowl, beat the heavy cream combined with the eggs and pour everything evenly onto the baking sheet with the chicken and apples. We send it to an oven already preheated to 195 degrees and prepare our incomparable dish for 45 minutes.

First of all, turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly under running water and dry slightly with paper towels. Pour apple-mustard sauce on top of the semi-finished dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Next, place the baking sheet in the preheated oven, where we bake the dish for 30-40 minutes at the same temperature of 180 degrees.

Step 3: serve.

You can use any cheese, as long as it is a hard variety.
