How to cook sausage from cookies step by step recipe. Chocolate sausage. The most delicious sausage recipe

Pastry sausage recipes

I recently posted a post here - . So I decided to make my own sausage using this recipe. I apologize for not checking it right away..... But so many people quoted it that it’s embarrassing....
In general, I decided to make it yesterday))) Before that, my husband called his mother and asked her for the recipe. It turns out that water also goes there!!! And you have to melt everything first, and then put in the cookies!!!
But I did everything according to the recipe!!! As a result, there is no shape... We eat with spoons))) Moreover, the sugar is unevenly distributed....
And I came to the conclusion - you need to melt everything first, and only then put the cookies in!!! Therefore, today I offer several of my favorite recipes (there are also ones with milk - mmm!!!).

The first one is for my mother-in-law!

1. "Sweet log."

2 tbsp. cocoa; 4 tbsp. l. water; 1 tbsp. vodka, cognac or wine, liqueur (if you wish!); 1 tbsp. sugar, 200 grams of butter - heat everything and stir.
1 raw egg, 400 grams of cookies, 200 grams of nuts (you can have marmalade). Stir, let cool and put everything in a bag.

2. Ingredients for "Confectionery sausage" from povarenok.ru.

Cookies (preferably with nuts) - 0.5 kg
Cocoa - 3 tbsp. l.
Granulated sugar - 6 tbsp. l.
Butter - 25 g
Water - 400 ml

Finely break the cookies; if the cookies are ordinary, then it is better to add nuts.
Making fudge. You can cook it with milk, but I cook it with water. I use 2 times less cocoa than sugar. Pour boiling water over it and add a piece of butter.
The main thing is not to let it come to a boil, otherwise it will run away.
The fudge turns out liquid, you can add less water, the softness of the sausage depends on this (my husband likes it soft). Let it cool a little and mix with cookies.
Wrap the sausage in parchment or tracing paper. Place in the refrigerator overnight. And in the morning you can already eat.

3. Sausage with condensed milk.

* butter cookies - 700 g
* condensed milk with sugar - 350 g
* butter - 200 g
* green and yellow marmalade - 200 g
1. Leave the butter for 1 hour at room temperature, then beat, gradually adding condensed milk.
2. Pass the cookies through a meat grinder.
3. Finely chop the marmalade.
5. Mix the cookies with the prepared cream, add marmalade, wrap the mixture in parchment, giving the product an elongated shape.
6. Keep the roll in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours
8. Before serving, cut into slices and place on a plate.
9. Now you can serve tea, preferably not sweet, because... There is more than enough sugar in the sausage.

4.
* 400 g cookies
* 200 g walnuts
* 1.5 tablespoons sugar
* 2 tablespoons cocoa
* 6 tablespoons milk
* 200 g butter
1. Grind (but not too much) nuts and cookies. It’s better to take “aged” cookies so that they don’t crumble into mush.
2. Make hot chocolate from milk, sugar and cocoa. When it boils, add oil there.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil and add nuts and cookies.
4. Let it cool, but not too much, otherwise the butter will separate and it will be difficult to form a “sausage”, and pieces of butter in it are also not good :)
5. Place on film, wrap tightly and put in the freezer for half an hour.
6. Store in the freezer too.

5.
500g cookies, 1 tbsp. l. milk, 300g nuts, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp.
l. cocoa, 300g butter.
Bring milk and sugar to a boil, add cocoa and butter.
Pass the cookies and nuts through a meat grinder, mix everything,
Wrap it in cellophane in the shape of a sausage and place it in the refrigerator.

6. "Sausage"
-200 grams of butter, 1 glass of sand, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 egg, cookies, such as "Jubilee" -200 grams. Heat the oil, add sand + cocoa. Once it cools down a little, beat in one egg. Mix everything. Then add finely broken cookies. Mix everything. Place on cellophane in the shape of a sausage and put in the freezer.

7. Confectionery chocolate sausage.

Ingredients:
300-400 g - the most ordinary shortbread cookies
200 g – butter
1 cup – sugar (less to taste)
3 tbsp. spoons - cocoa (or chocolate)
0.5 cups – milk
1 cup – walnuts, raisins, candied fruits, dried apricots (to taste)
condensed milk - you can add it if you have it

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, add milk, sugar, cocoa (pre-melted chocolate) and cook for 1 minute. Then add crumbled cookies, nuts (raisins, candied fruits, dried apricots). Mix everything, place the mixture on foil ( cling film) and wrap it into a sausage shape. Then place the resulting cubes in the freezer for a couple of hours.

In general, the recipe leaves room for imagination, because... It works on the residual principle - whatever is left in the house or what you want, you put into a delicacy (naturally, I mean products that are similar in taste).

Bon appetit!

We want to collect all the chocolate sausage recipes with photos and give you the opportunity to choose what you like best.

Chocolate biscuit sausage recipe - classic

If you've never made such a simple dessert as chocolate sausage, know that you don't need to bake it. The chocolate sausage is cooled to the desired hardness in the refrigerator after all the ingredients are mixed.

This recipe is the most basic and requires simple ingredients:

  • classic shortbread(for example, “Jubilee” or “Baked milk”) - 400-500 grams,
  • butter – 250 grams,
  • cocoa powder – 2-3 tablespoons,
  • granulated sugar - 1 cup.

Start by crushing the cookies into crumbs. This can be done with a blender, meat grinder, or by hand by placing the cookies in a bag or rolling them over with a rolling pin. If you want a homogeneous, tender sausage, then grind all the cookies into fine flour. If you want to have larger pieces as “fat” in the sausage, then break about a third of the cookies with your hands into pieces of the required size.

Then, melt the butter over low heat, add sugar and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth, but do not let it boil.

Pour the cookie crumbs into the resulting sweet chocolate mass and stir thoroughly to form a stiff dough. It should turn out with lumps if you left large pieces.

Please note that the thickness of this “dough” should be sufficient to form a sausage out of it. It's helpful to have a small supply of cookies just in case they turn out too soft. But do not overdo it, the sausage will harden in the refrigerator thanks to the oil.

Wrap the sausage in cling film. If it turns out to be soft, then foil, which must be twisted in several layers, will help maintain its shape until it hardens.

After this, the sausage must be put in the refrigerator for at least six hours. It will also harden well in the freezer if you don't have much time, but let it warm up a bit before cutting it.

If you haven’t eaten it in one go, it’s best to store the finished sausage in the refrigerator so that it doesn’t melt, since it’s based on butter.

This video recipe shows a similar method of preparing chocolate sausage.

Chocolate sausage made from cookies with condensed milk

The second recipe for chocolate sausage is different in that it uses condensed milk instead of sugar. The cookies turn out a little more tender and milky. To prepare it you will need:

  • shortbread cookies – 600 grams,
  • can of condensed milk,
  • butter – 200 grams (one pack),
  • cocoa powder - 5-6 tablespoons,

Grind the cookies into fine crumbs, leaving a few larger pieces.

Melt the butter a little, then add condensed milk and cocoa to it, stir until smooth. Add cookies to this mixture and fold in the stiff “dough.”

Place cling film on the table, lay out the mixture and roll into a long sausage. Wrap the sausage tightly in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to harden.

To serve, remove and cut into slices of the thickness you like.

This sausage is quite elastic when kneading, so you don’t have to make it in a classic shape, you can roll a lot of balls and you’ll get it. chocolates. Roll in finely chopped nuts, powder or coconut flakes. It will turn out amazingly beautiful and tasty.

Recipe for chocolate sausage made from cookies with condensed milk and a chocolate bar

This recipe is the easiest to prepare and can even be given to a child, provided that he has already received permission from his parents to use the stove. Of course, it is advisable to do this under adult supervision. We prepare just such a sausage with my six-year-old daughter and she always participates in the process more than anyone else.

The recipe is very popular with both adults and children, does not contain a large amount of fatty butter and can vary in taste due to what ingredients are used for it.

Everything you need for cooking:

  • shortbread cookies – 400-500 grams,
  • can of condensed milk,
  • bar of chocolate.

Let your imagination run wild here, but remember a few important details. The cookies should be sandy and crumble well. Take what tastes best to you. You will be mixing the chocolate with milk, so even if you use the darkest type of chocolate, it will become milkier. You can choose any chocolate from your favorite manufacturer. Or make an original white chocolate sausage.

Crush the cookies into fine and coarse crumbs. Then melt the chocolate in a water bath in a small ladle or saucepan, pour condensed milk into it and stir. Pour the resulting chocolate-milk mixture into the cookies and stir.

Place cling film on the table and put the mixture there, roll it into a sausage. For reliability and to maintain its shape, you can wrap the sausage in several layers of food foil. Then, take the sausage into the refrigerator for about 5-7 hours.

What sweet tooth is not familiar with the sweet taste of “Kartoshka” (or “Kolobok”) cake, “Hedgehog” cake or regular pastry sausage? Unless for someone who is indifferent to chocolate treats. And for lovers of this sweetness, one cannot imagine a better joy. And it turns out that this delicacy can be easily and quickly made at home. With virtually no effort, in literally half an hour you can create a pastry sausage that is so wonderful, not only in appearance, but also in taste.

And products for this culinary masterpiece you don't need much at all.

Ingredients:

200 g butter
cookies (sugar, anniversary, for tea - any butter) - 300 grams
cocoa powder – 3 tablespoons
walnuts – 100 grams
cans of condensed milk
sugar - glasses
Preparation:
Grind nuts and cookies in a meat grinder.

If you don’t want to turn the meat grinder, you can put the cookies in a plastic bag and gently crush them with a kitchen hammer. You can chop the nuts with a knife. Next, put the butter in a ladle (saucepan) and melt.

Pour sugar into the melted butter, stir and as soon as it dissolves, remove from heat and add cocoa, stir again and add condensed milk.

Then pour the contents of the ladle into the crushed mixture of cookies and nuts, mix thoroughly.

Spread polyethylene or cling film on the table, place the resulting mixture in the form of sausages on it and, wrapping it tightly, place it in the freezer for an hour or two to harden. Cut the hardened sausage into circles and place on a saucer. It turned out both beautiful and tasty. Isn't it true?

Most people associate the taste of this sweet with childhood. Mothers and grandmothers sometimes spoiled us with homemade chocolate sausage, which was tastier than store-bought muffins and cakes, but for some reason we ran out very quickly. Having matured a little, many learned to prepare this simple dessert themselves, especially since it did not require any complex equipment or culinary skills. Chocolate sausage in its simplest form it consists of crushed cookies, cocoa and butter. There is no need to bake or beat anything, just be patient and wait for the “sweet cervelat” to harden thoroughly. Improved recipes include nuts, candied or dried fruits, alcohol, spices, but the cooking principle remains the same - mix everything, shape it into the desired shape and cool.

Who invented the chocolate sausage

Although the chocolate sausage fits organically into the picture of food shortages in the era of mature socialism, it would be wrong to consider it a domestic invention. Similar recipes are present in the cuisines of many countries. For example, in Portugal this dish is prepared from dark chocolate, almonds, cookies and port wine. The finished sausages are rolled in powdered sugar. The French add a little liqueur to the pastry sausage. In Germany, a related dessert is called "Kalter Hund", which literally translates to "cold dog". The name is so-so, but there is reason to believe that it was the Germans who came up with the idea of mixing cookies with condensed milk.

It was not possible to establish exactly who was the author of the culinary invention, but the first recipe for confectionery chocolate sausage dates back to the twenties of the last century. In a cookbook published by Bahlsen, a similar dessert was called chocolate biscuit from Leibniz. People have always called the cookie pie “Kalter-Hund” and there is an opinion that the roots of the strange name must be sought somewhere in the quarries. The Germans placed cookies with chocolate in the form of a cupcake, filled them with syrup, and after cooling the dessert for some reason reminded them of a cold dog’s nose. The version is unconvincing, but there are even worse incidents in history. The second name for this Kellerkuchen dish is cellar cake. It’s easier to explain - refrigerators were rare a hundred years ago, and the dish was cooled in the basement.

Pastry sausage is a simple dessert; anyone can master its recipe. The main thing is that finished form the sweetness was like smoked sausage, froze well and did not crumble. It’s easy to achieve the effect if you follow a few rules:

  • Use high quality and natural ingredients. Do not replace butter with spread or margarine, or cocoa powder with a chocolate drink. Whole or condensed milk must also be of high quality.
  • Choose butter and sweet cookies. Shortbread cookies without fruit additives are ideal for chocolate sausages. Biscuits and salty varieties are not suitable.
  • The butter needs to be softened, not melted over a fire.
  • Use powdered sugar, not sand - it may not dissolve and will squeak on your teeth. Just grind the sugar in a coffee grinder.
  • Do not grind the cookies to a fine crumb state - the white specks in the chocolate mass should resemble pieces of lard in regular sausage.
  • It is not advisable to wrap sausages in foil, as the mass will stick and it will be difficult to unwrap the finished sausage.
  • If the cookies are a little dry, add more butter, milk, condensed milk or sour cream. As a last resort, you can pour in a little boiled water.
  • Instead of cookies or together with them, you can use sweet crackers, waffles, pieces of biscuit or cake layers baked for a cake.

Homemade sweet chocolate sausage - simple and delicious dessert. Treat your loved ones and yourself with this delicacy - remembering your childhood is always pleasant.

Pies, pastries, rolls, cookies - among all this variety, we often forget about simple and uncomplicated desserts. Many people believe that if a dish is prepared quickly and without complex techniques, it is not worthy festive table. I disagree! And to refute it, today I will prepare a familiar, albeit half-forgotten, chocolate sausage made from cookies and cocoa. As a child, I often made it with my mother and was very proud that I was trusted with the most responsible task - crumbling the cookies. And today my daughter copes with this with ease. Such is the continuity. Family ties and traditions on the march. And at the same time, it’s a great way to introduce children to cooking and make them feel important.

Chocolate sausage made from cookies and cocoa is a dessert that is prepared very quickly. Just 5 minutes of pleasant effort and we will get a good portion of a sweet treat that we are not ashamed to offer to our guests.

Note:

  • You can take any cookies, but the most best option- simple sugar type “Chess”, “For tea”;
  • If desired, you can add nuts to the chocolate sausage - very tasty!

  • butter 120 g
  • sugar cookies 300 g
  • cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l.

  • milk 150 ml

How to make chocolate sausage from cookies and cocoa

  1. Prepare the necessary products: butter, cocoa, cookies, milk and sugar.

  2. Break the cookies into pieces with your hands or place them in a bag and give them a good pat with a rolling pin. It is important that the mass contains both very small crumbs and larger pieces.

  3. Place butter, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan.

  4. Pour milk.

  5. Place on the fire and bring to a boil. You'll get something like liquid chocolate. There is no need to boil and wait for the mixture to thicken.

  7. Mix well. The mixture should be soft, but not liquid. If necessary, you can adjust the consistency by adding a small amount of milk or, conversely, cookies.

  8. Place everything in a plastic bag and form a not too thick oblong sausage. Be sure to compact thoroughly, otherwise there may be voids inside.
  9. Place in the refrigerator. The minimum time is 3-4 hours, but it is better at night. So a simple and uncomplicated dessert is ready - chocolate sausage made from cookies and cocoa.
